Andrea Meyer

Andrea is an associate lawyer in the litigation group at Coal Harbour Law.

Andrea joined Coal Harbour Law as an articled student in 2021 and returned to the firm as an associate lawyer after her call to the bar in 2022. Andrea practices in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial and contract litigation, wills and estates litigation, and assists with regulatory and tax matters. Further, Andrea has experience representing clients at hearings before the Mental Health Review Board.

Having moved to Vancouver from Montreal, Andrea’s background includes fluent bilingualism and legal training in both the Common Law and Civil Law legal systems in Canada. Andrea received her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2020 and went on to obtain her Licentiate in Law from the University of Ottawa in 2021. Andrea previously completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University after receiving a diploma in Creative Arts and Literature from Dawson College.

Andrea enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling, water sports, and spending days at the beach with her two dogs, Pooh and Naya. Andrea is also currently learning how to ride a motorcycle and plans to learn to snowboard this winter.
