Keith Buecker

Keith Buecker is an experienced civil litigator based in Vancouver. He advises and represents societies, small businesses, and individuals in a broad range of civil disputes, including contractual disputes and tort claims.

Keith has significant trial experience before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has also appeared before the British Columbia Court of Appeal. He guides clients through complex disputes with a focus on clear advice, practical strategy, and solutions tailored to each client’s circumstances and objectives.

Keith’s practice is grounded in strong advocacy, transparency, and collaboration. He regularly assists clients with sensitive and challenging matters and works to achieve outcomes that balance legal, practical, and organizational considerations.

Keith was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020 and is also licensed to practise in Yukon. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Yukon, and the Boutique Counsel Network.

Outside of practice, Keith enjoys exploring British Columbia, spending time with loved ones, reading, training at the gym, and skiing.
