Thomas Falcone
Thomas is a Litigation associate, with a broad practice in commercial litigation and arbitration. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has acted as junior counsel in arbitrations administered by the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre. Thomas has expertise in tax litigation, cross-border disputes, administrative law, and investor-state dispute settlement.
Before being called to the bar, Thomas worked as a senior consultant at a Big Four professional services firm and as a corporate immigration law consultant in Singapore and Malaysia.
Thomas remains actively involved in the legal community and public affairs. He is co-president of the Vancouver lawyers’ chapter of the Runnymede Society, a national organization dedicatedto constitutionalism, freedom, and the rule of law. Previously, he served as the society’s national Communications Director and co-president of its UBC chapter.
Having lived and worked in Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia, Thomas has a strong interest in the Asia-Pacific region and frequently travels there.
