Yasaman Sairafi

Yasaman joined Coal Harbour Law as a legal assistant in 2019 and returned to the firm as an articled student in 2024. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2025. Yasaman maintains a broad civil, commercial, and estate litigation practice. Yasaman has appeared before both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Yasaman earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester and later completed her Master of Laws at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. Prior to law school Yasaman received her Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Nutrition from the University of British Columbia.

With an extensive background working in litigation, Yasaman understands the importance of taking a client-focused approach to her work. She strives to simplify complex legal processes and keep clients well-informed and supported throughout each stage of the litigation process.

Outside of work, Yasaman enjoys travelling, exploring the Vancouver food scene, and spending time with friends, family, and – most importantly – her dog, Kevin.

Yasaman is fluent in English and Farsi.
